An absolutely exquisite piece of Italian art glass — this Murano style millefiori vase is a sparkling masterpiece of hand-blown craftsmanship. The vibrant opaque red-orange cased glass body is embedded with delicate millefiori (murrine) flower inserts — a breathtaking technique where colored glass is layered over a white or clear inner base, then infused with intricate floral canes. This piece just sparkles!
Egg-shaped with a smoothed base, pre-loved and circa 1960s. In excellent condition — no chips, cracks, fading, nicks, slivers, or flaws. Stand not included.
